Just a comment which is kind of like a question.

Don't you guys think that waiting a month is kind of long?
I mean, it's not unreasonable, but it's kind of a long wait.

Yeh I'm pretty sure he doesn't mean you'll usually have to wait that long, I think he's covering all bases, incase lots of people start requesting. You'll probably get your first battle in a few days.

I know its weird for the champ to have a question
But i do have two questions

question number 1
NFE has his own tier.
what do we do about that

i mean: people will start using magneton against magnemite
or Electabuzz against Elekid

i'm just asking, because i don't want to use
the most cheapest Pokemon all the time! (like Specs Kadabra, hypnosis-Sub Combo Haunter, Magneton, rock polish Rhydon, eruption Quilava) against abra, gastly, elekid, rhyhorn - i'm just asking, because i wanna make this as fair as possible

question number 2
what do we do with the following Pokemon

Clamperl with DeepSeaTooth (if modest boost her special attack to 542) and on top of that shes def bulky
seriously we need to banned this Pokemon - for example 1surf - 1hit KO staryu that resist (Easily)
and that goes for all the boost power items, like trick club cubone and stuff like that
(they all have potential to 1HitKO anything in NFE tier line)

and that goes for Kadabra too
amazing high speed and Specs Psychic is pretty much unstoppable - i have personally use it and i know how deadly it is

i agree xenon. i will ban the pokemon you mentioned but i will not put a restriction on the tiers of nfe people can use. Ppl most likely have made or are in the process of mking a team already to challenge and it would be unfair to say stop and to rebuild half of your team.
If there are any more pokes you find should be illegal with certain items please do let me know.

look at the challenge list on the welcome section. that wil tell you when your challenge is coming up. we will randomly choose who you challenge

yes that is under his own personal rules that are not for the federation.

In a challenge against the BattleFed, one battles all the Champions right?
Do all the battles have to be completed in a certain time frame?
Will all the battles be recorded?
What if either the Champion or challenger cannot find any oppurtunity to battle?
(Due to diff. in timezones, busy with life etc?)

Yes you do compete against each champion in the fed (unless you're defeated). About time negotiations, it really isn't hard to set up 1 battle a week: I live in Australia so my time zone isn't the best, but there are always slots of time to get it done. Also, if a challenger is busy most of the time, they shouldn't be challenging the federation.

Hey, two questions.

1) Is there an order for each champion? Or is it random which one you face first, second, ect?

2.) Is there ANY other way to battle other then the DS. My DS wont accept the password type of my router and I can change it, so I cant DS wifi battle. is thre ANY other way, such as PBR, Netbattle or...*shudder* Shoddy...
2a.) Can anyone help me with my problem without saying "change the password type/get a new router" because Im not exactly computer literate and I wouldnt know what Im doing and wouldnt wanna mess around with stuff I dont know.

Can you (@2BeTheMan) an NFE section of the Challenge rules list just like the other teirs, so me being a new challenger knows what and what not I can train up (like Kadabra, and Clamperl, and etc.).

I'd like to know if Arceus is still banned from Uber-battles? Since it was obtainable by an event it can be used legitly from now on.

I was reading what Xenon posted and I am wondering to,what pokemon are banned from the NFe tier.I know Scyther and Porygon2 are banned because they are in the UU tier,so is there someplace where I can see a list?
